Formed in 2005, Olympia Gaming LLC is the gaming development division of the Olympia Group. Spearheaded by prominent land-use developer Garry Goett, the gaming arm reflects the natural evolution of the company that opened the successful Casino Fandango in Carson City, Nevada, in 2003. Currently, the company is in the operating and planning stages of a number of large-scale developments, including the following:

Casino Fandango

Owned by Carson Gaming, an affiliate of Olympia Gaming, Casino Fandango has redefined gaming in Carson City, Nevada. Featuring 750 slots, 10 table games, a poker room, a race and sports book, and four signature restaurants, Casino Fandango offers amenities that rival major Reno and Las Vegas casino-hotels. In 2008 the company completed
a $45 million expansion which included the addition of a 41,000 sq. ft., 10-screen, Galaxy theater multiplex and a 100-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel.

Southern Highlands Center

Olympia Group and American West Development own 250 acres at Las Vegas Boulevard and Cactus Avenue (two miles north of Southern Highlands Casino- Resort-Spa) that is fully entitled for gaming. This land represents the largest contiguous parcel remaining in the highly sought-after South Strip corridor.
