Along with their current retail and commercial developments, the Olympia Group has acquired several retail shopping sites throughout Southern Nevada and looks forward to continually expanding.

Current Olympia Developments

Centennial Center

is a 950,000 sq. ft. regional power center located in Las Vegas' Northwest Town Center, in the southwest quadrant of I-215 and US-95. Anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam's Club and The Home Depot, it boasts a beautiful courtyard, 50-acre auto mall with 10 planned car dealerships, a 200-acre pedestrian-friendly shopping village, and a 30-acre recreational facility. The area has incredible residential growth and affluent demographic projections.

Eastern Beltway Center

is a 650,000 sq. ft. power center on 60 acres anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam's Club, and The Home Depot. Located on the northwest corner of the I-215 beltway and Eastern, this location offers outstanding freeway signage and a diverse mix of tenants.

Centennial Gateway

is a 350,000 sq. ft., 30-acre planned power center and mixed-use development located at the northwest corner of US-95 and Ann Road in Centennial Hills. With an assortment of retail stores, office space, and restaurants, this location - adjacent to Centennial Center - offers excellent freeway visibility and access.

Southern Highlands Marketplace

is a 190,000 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center in the Southern Highlands community. Set on 21 acres at the southeast corner of Cactus Avenue and Southern Highlands Parkway, it is anchored by Smith's Food and Drug Center and features various retail stores and restaurants.

Fire Station Plaza

is a 27,400 sq. ft. boutique retail complex located in Southern Highlands made up of an assortment of service, retail, and restaurants.

Southern Highlands Corporate Center

is a 72,000 sq. ft., three-story, Tuscan-inspired office building and the corporate headquarters for the Olympia Group of Companies. Future expansion plans include the construction of two additional office buildings and the possibility of a fine-dining restaurant on site.

Blue Diamond Ranch Center

are joint ventures between the Olympia Development Corporation, Thomas & Mack, and developers Randy Black and Barry Moore. These multi-use projects occupy two corners at the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Decatur. Measuring a total of 200,000 sq. ft., they feature a supermarket, drugstore, fast food, restaurants, bank, and many other retailers.

The Olympia Group has acquired several retail shopping center sites throughout Southern Nevada and is continually expanding. These are some of our future projects:

Village at Southern Highlands

A 400,000 sq. ft. neighborhood mixed use project set on 50 acres that will contain retail shops, market, theater, offices, residential, boutique hotel and a casino designed in a pedestrian friendly style.

Southern Highlands Center

A 3,000,000 sq. ft. urban mixed use project set on 150 acres along Interstate 15 and Las Vegas Boulevard between the future Cactus and Starr interchanges. The project will contain a regional mall, lifestyle center, class A offices, residential and entertainment venues.

Park Highlands

In addition to the master-planned community the Olympia Group is developing in North Las Vegas, the company will also build commercial development within the community consisting of a 50-acre site anchored by two major retailers, restaurants, and shops. Also planned for the area is a 23-acre site called Park Highlands Marketplace. This will be very similar to Southern Highlands Marketplace, anchored by a grocery store and other various retail stores and restaurants.

The Gallery Southern Highlands

Located within Southern Highlands Casino-Resort-Spa and anchored by major chain retailers, restaurants, and a cinema complex, this Main Street-style center will include more than 600,000 square feet of shopping and entertainment along with contemporary living and exceptional office space. It will be developed in the spirit of America's finest shopping districts, town centers, and plazas.

The Legends at Southern Highlands Casino

This will be the ultimate collection of shopping, dining, and residential options adjacent to Southern Highlands Casino-Resort-Spa. Strategically located at the southern gateway to Las Vegas at the convergence of Interstate 15, Las Vegas Boulevard, and Rose Parkway. Encompassing over 800,000 square feet of luxury national brands and over 1,200 for sale and for rent resort-style residential units, Legends at Southern Highlands will be the unmatched experience for the customer, resident, and retailer in Las Vegas.
