Garry V. Goett
Chairman, CEO & President
Olympia Group/Olympia Gaming

Garry Goett has an impressive long-term track record of developing master-planned and mixed-use developments that fully integrate the needs and wants of a community with local economics and government entities. Well-known for his ability to create smart, quality growth projects, Mr. Goett works hand-in-hand with community and business leaders and government agencies, evidenced by the very successful Southern Highlands master-planned community.

Mr. Goett received an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Calgary and a law degree from the University of Toronto. After practicing law for 12 years, Mr. Goett founded Olympia and has selectively channeled the company’s resources toward development activities to satisfy the local economy’s need for quality real estate development projects. Together with Mr. Inzalaco, they have grown the company’s current portfolio to include some of the most desirable and high-profile real estate projects in the Las Vegas area, such as the Southern Highlands master-planned community, Southern Highlands Golf Club, Southern Highlands Marketplace, Eastern Beltway Center, Centennial Center, Centennial Gateway, Blue Diamond Commercial, and many others.

Currently, Mr. Goett is directing his team of executives in the development of a 2,675-acre master-planned community in North Las Vegas, and a 5,300-acre masterplanned community in Mesquite/Lincoln County, Nevada. In addition, Olympia is planning and developing casino-resort-spa projects, retail and residential projects, and mini-storage developments, with an overall goal of creating quality projects while providing significant cash flow and asset value to the company.

In addition to his real estate experience, Mr. Goett is actively involved in philanthropic activities. For the past five years, Mr. Goett, along with the Governor of Nevada, has hosted the Governor’s Black-Tie Invitational at Southern Highlands Golf Club, one of the Las Vegas area’s largest charitable fundraising events. Mr. Goett is also actively involved in various local charities and community organizations, including serving on the boards of St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and Opportunity Village as well as the advisory boards of Assistance League of Las Vegas and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada.

Guy Inzalaco
Principal & Executive Vice President
Olympia Group/Olympia Gaming

Educated at Arizona State University, Guy Inzalaco served as Special Assistant of State Affairs to former U.S. Senator Dennis DeConcini from 1981 to 1987. During that time, Mr. Inzalaco developed professional relationships with many state and federal agencies, including the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management. It is these types of relationships – and his remarkable skill in cultivating them – that have helped Mr. Inzalaco thrive in the land investment and development arena.

Mr. Inzalaco and Mr. Goett became partners in 1988 and went on to successfully complete numerous land exchanges in Nevada involving thousands of acres, including land around Nellis Air Force Base in Elko County and Lake Tahoe. For more than a decade in the 1990s, Olympia was the most active land exchange company in the Southwest and one of the largest private landowners in the Las Vegas area.

Today, as partner and co-founder of the Olympia Group, Mr. Inzalaco focuses on creating and nurturing strategic relationships with both public and private entities while exploring land acquisition and development opportunities in Nevada and the Southwest. He has helped grow the company’s current portfolio to include some of the most desirable and high-profile real estate projects in the Las Vegas area including: Southern Highlands master-planned community, Southern Highlands Golf Club, Southern Highlands Marketplace, Eastern Beltway Center, Centennial Center, Centennial Gateway, and Blue Diamond Commercial, among others.

Mr. Inzalaco has been, and still is, actively involved in various local charities and community organizations, including serving on the boards of the Southern Highlands Charitable Foundation, Arizona State University’s Sun Angel Foundation, Thunderbirds Charities in Scottsdale, and the Barrow Neurological Foundation.
